Marshall is an Associate with SJL and was born and raised in Timmins, Ontario. He moved down south after graduating from high-school where he graduated magna cum laude with a degree in psychology and philosophy at the University of Ottawa. Marshall studied law at the University of Birmingham, and returned to practice in the Greater Toronto Area. Marshall has experience in resolving matters in personal injury, employment law, insurance law, insurance defence, commercial litigation, administrative law and landlord and tenant disputes. Marshall is committed to the principle of access to justice, and takes a pragmatic approach in providing you with timely and cost-effective services.

Marshall is actively participating in Sault Ste. Marie’s vibrant civic life. He is involved in fundraising and other charitable initiatives at St. Vincent’s Place. In his spare time, Marshall enjoys hiking, camping, and playing street hockey.
