Paul is a Partner with SJL and the head of our litigation group. Paul assists clients with various issues with a focus on corporate and commercial disputes and employment law matters.

Paul obtained his undergraduate degree in 2004 with a double major in history and philosophy and his law degree in 2007, both from the University of Ottawa. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2008.

Paul has argued cases before all levels of court in Ontario including the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court and the Court of Appeal. He also has experience before many provincial and federal boards and tribunals.

Paul has a broad range of legal experience while acting as lead counsel in numerous complex litigation cases.

Paul is an active community volunteer. He is currently the President of the Algoma District Law Association and a Past President of the Sault Ste. Marie Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of the Sault College Research and Ethics Board and a former member of the YMCA Board of Directors.
